Shipping Policy

To ensure that your order is delivered properly within the timeframes advertised, please make sure to enter your information correctly into the system in all of the relevant/required fields. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, etc. are extremely critical for ensuring on-time delivery. Faced Kouture is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages.

Faced Kouture ships to PO Boxes via USPS, however expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For US Domestic and International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. At our discretion, alternative carriers may be selected to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.



Processing Times
All orders are subject to processing times and are separate from shipments picked up from our fulfillment center. Once your payment has cleared, orders are processed within a 4-7 business day timeframe. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Delivery Issues
In the event that your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please send us an email at returns@facedkouture.com by 11:59pm the day that you were supposed to receive your order. Please enter ATTN: NONDELIVERY/(your order#) in the subject line of the email and we will assist with the tracking of your order.

Faced Kouture is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or store credit for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.



Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item(s) is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. You will be notified via email of the "out of stock" item along with the tracking information for the rest of your order, if applicable.



Reserved Rights
Faced Kouture reserves the right to define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • an irregular or excessive return history
  • irregular or excessive returns where items are not returned in their original condition, missing items, etc.
  • fraudulent or criminal activity
Additionally, Faced Kouture reserves the right to limit, reject or refuse any returns from any customer or entity due to similar actions previously stated.
